NOTE

1 Included in package is Marque Hire (with tables and chairs)

2 Cost of Insurance Package is not included in price. This is dependant on value of Hole in One Prize and Insurance costs. This can be arranged by putt4dough on your behalf, or you can arrange yourself.

3 Novelty Hole Sponsors are expected to run a novelty competition with the goal of making the event more enjoyable and raising additional funds on the day. These are to be provided to the organisers at the dinner. Costs related to the novelty competition are not included in the cost and are the responsibility of the Novelty Hole Sponsor. Competitions are required to be in line with any conditions of the golf course. Novelty Hole Sponsors are expected to provide a prize up to the value of $200 for the competition winner.

CONDITIONS

The Sponsor is responsible for the set up and removal any promotional material (banners etc.). For sponsors with on course signage these will need to be provided to the Golf Course.
Golf Registration and Dinner is not included in the sponsorship package (these are additional) unless otherwise stated
